4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in your project agreement. Appsologix retains the right to use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

All pre-existing intellectual property, tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of Appsologix.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Generally:

• Projects typically require a deposit before work begins
• Milestone payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery
• Late payments may incur additional fees or result in project suspension

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

• Client response times and feedback delays

• Third-party dependencies

We will communicate any significant timeline changes as soon as possible.

7. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Significant scope changes may require a new agreement and timeline adjustment.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel a project:

• Written notice must be provided
• Payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Deliverables completed before cancellation will be provided

9. Limitation of Liability

Appsologix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.

We provide services "as is" and make no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in project agreements.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and other sensitive information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
